Spice it Up! Add to sandwiches, soups, or just about anything!
- 1 ¼ cups (packed) cilantro
- 1 jalapeno
- 1.5 Tbsp water
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ginger
- 1.5 Tbsp shredded coconut
- ½ tsp white sesame seeds
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Trim and rinse cilantro. Place in blender along with all remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Store in clean glass jars. Freezes well.
