Cilantro Chutney

  • 1 ¼ cups (packed) cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1.5 Tbsp water
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • 1.5 Tbsp shredded coconut
  • ½ tsp white sesame seeds
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Trim and rinse cilantro. Place in blender along with all remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Store in clean glass jars. Freezes well.
