Candied Pecans

Sweet and crunchy! Mix first six ingredients in a saucepan large enough to eventually hold nuts. Melt on medium heat, stirring often, until a dull gloss forms. Gently stir in pecans, using a soft spatula, until evenly coated. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 325F for 20 minutes. Cool thoroughly before breaking apart.Continue reading “Candied Pecans”
