- 3 Tbsp rolled oats
- 2 tsp currants (or any fruit)
- 1 tsp roasted buckwheat groats
- 2 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp sliced almonds
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup boiling water
Mix all ingredients. Microwave 1 minute. Add honey or milk (sometimes I add a few spoonfuls of tea!). Heart healthy and filling!
This sounds yummy. I’m in the habit of skipping breakfast. This sounds like a power meal will try and it has a lot of food groups. Thanks for sharing
