Baked Plantains
A Caribbean Favorite Slice plantains on diagonal, 1/2″ thick. Toss with all ingredients. Spread out on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown. (Flipping at the halfway point is helpful but not necessary). A great carbohydrate, filled with flavor and nutrients!
